The Russell County Middle School Softball team went on the road yesterday to pick up win #5 on the season.
The Lady Lakers defeated Campbellsville 16-2 behind 3 hits and 3 RBI from Madelyn Roy.
Addy Abrell also drove in a pair of runs for the Lady Lakers and Carigann Carpenter had two hits.
Roy got the win pitching, going 3 innings and giving up two hits and two runs, while striking out 3.
