A Russell Springs man was arrested Tuesday morning by Kentucky State Police.
According to jail records, 51-year-old Shane Alan Williams was arrested and charged with assault first degree.
Williams was arrested by Trooper Lucas Justice and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 11:30 a.m.
