The Russell County Community Blood Drive is scheduled for this Thursday, February 23.
The blood drive will take place from 11:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the South Kentucky RECC Community Room.
Donors will be entered to win a $100 gift card sponsored by Russell County’s Property Valuation Administrator Tim Popplewell.
All donors will receive a Kentucky Blood Center long-sleeve t-shirt.
The blood center needs approximately 400 blood donors daily to supply more than 70 hospitals in Kentucky.
