The Russell County Laker and Lady Laker Basketball teams were slated to be on the road for a district doubleheader at Metcalfe County this evening, but those games have been postponed due to weather.
Russell County and Metcalfe County will face off on Wednesday with tip-off for the girls game slated for 5:30 p.m.
In the first matchup, the Lady Hornets won 56-41 while the Lakers defeated the Hornets 63-54.
