Nine indicted by grand jury

A Russell County grand jury indicted nine individuals yesterday.

Those indicted included the following:

  • Jimmy Weston, age 40, of Russell Springs, on charges of fleeing or evading police first degree, speeding 17 mph over the limit, driving under the influence third offense, operating on a suspended license, failure to surrender a revoked license, criminal mischief second degree, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and failure to notify address change.
  • Eric Elmore, age 34, of Williamstown, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Patrick Michael Sisco, age 37, of Yosemite, on charges of public intoxication, menacing, trafficking in a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend drug, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Brandie Asher, age 29, of Clearfield, on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance third degree, wanton endangerment first degree, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
  • William Jason Phillips, age 48, of Tennessee, on charges of fleeing or evading police first degree and driving under the influence.
  • Matthew Richards, age 48, of Campbellsville, on a charge of bail jumping first degree.
  • Justin T. Gabehart, age 33, of Russell Springs, on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Craig Bruner, age 63, of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance third degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Dylan Lynn Burton, age 28, of Breeding, charged with driving under the influence second offense, tampering with physical evidence, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no vehicle registration, failure to register transfer of vehicle, and being a persistent felony offender.
