The Russell County Lady Laker Volleyball team went on the road and defeated Somerset Monday night.
The Lady Lakers won in two sets by scores of 25-20 and 25-16 to come away with the victory
The Lady Lakers improved to 27-6 on the season with the win and will be back at home tonight for a 4th Region matchup with Warren East.
The Lady Laker JV team also picked up a 2-0 win and the freshman team came away with a 2-1 win.
That wraps up the season for the freshman team, which finished with an overall record of 9-1.
