The Laker Golf Team defeated Cumberland County on Senior Day Monday.
It was Senior Day for the lone senior on the Laker Golf Team, Bentley Perkerson.
Perkerson shot the top score for the Lakers, who came out on top with a 168 to Cumberland County’s 181.
Perkerson’s 37 led the team, with Noah McMillin just behind at 39.
Parker Johnson shot a 45 on the day, while Kole Rixon shot a 47, Josiah Dudgeon shot a 53, and Landon Bryant shot a 54.
The Lakers now prepare for Region Tournament play at Campbellsville Country Club next Monday.
