Two Russell Springs men were arrested in separate incidents overnight into Monday morning, according to jail records.
Devan Durrant, age 28, was arrested by the Russell Springs Police Department just before 1 a.m. Monday and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle with only one headlight.
Kermit Burchett, age 58, was arrested by Kentucky State Police just before midnight Sunday and charged with improper equipment, failure to wear seat belts, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance first degree, and possession of marijuana.
Both Durrant and Burchett were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
