That’s lower than most neighboring counties.
In Clinton County, the average price of gas is 27 cents higher at $3.59 and in Cumberland County, the average price sits at $3.41.
In Pulaski County, the average price is $3.43 and just slightly lower at $3.41.
Casey County is on par with Russell County at $3.32, while Adair County is the only neighboring county with a lower price, sitting nine cents cheaper at $3.23.
