A Wayne County man was arrested Thursday morning after reportedly biting someone and making bomb threats outside Walmart in Monticello.
According to Monticello Police, officers were dispatched to the parking lot of Walmart for reports of a man yelling at customers and employees claiming there was a bomb inside the store, as well as reports that he had bitten someone.
Ricky Gregory, 41, was taken into custody without incident by local law enforcement at around 8:41 a.m., according to police.
Gregory was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center and faces charges of terroristic threatening second degree and fourth-degree assault.
The store was inspected by fire crews, but nothing suspicious was discovered.
