A little less than a month remains for veterans to pre-register for the upcoming Wounded Warriors fishing event at Wolf Creek National Fish Hatchery.
Veterans who have suffered injuries related to their service must register by August 17th to take part in the ninth annual event that sees those chosen partake in trophy striper fishing on Lake Cumberland as well as trout fishing in Hatchery Creek or the Cumberland River.
Those registering can submit a registration form via email to marsha_hart@fws.gov or postal mail to the hatchery at 50 Kendall Rd. in Jamestown, 42629.
