While the cost of many things has risen over the last year, new data from a leading real estate company shows that the value of homes in Russell Springs has also risen.

The median home value in Russell Springs sat at $120,314 in May, according to Zillow, up 14.13 percent from May 2021.
Looking at a two-year trend, median home values in Russell Springs have risen more than 25 percent, and up more than 35 percent over the past five years.
