A Russell County grand jury handed down indictments yesterday, and those indicted included local residents charged with crimes such as stabbing, sexual abuse, and child pornography, among others.
Those indicted included the following:
- Paul Hadley, age 33 of Jamestown, charged with 10 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
- Brittany Guidry, age 35 of Jamestown, charged with assault first degree related to a stabbing incident that took place earlier this month.
- Gregory Rains, age 31 of Jamestown, charged with sexual abuse first degree with a victim under 12 years of age.
- Nicolette Hare, age 31 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Brandon Bratcher, age 28 of Monticello, charged with giving an officer a false name, trafficking in methamphetamine and fentanyl while in possession of a handgun, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a persistent felony offender.
- Damien Wilson, age 27 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
- Nathan McClure, age 63 of Jamestown, charged with arson third degree and criminal mischief first degree.
- Michael D. Bailey, age 52 of Russell Springs, charged with auto theft.
- Thomas West, age 43 of Monticello, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
- Chris Carson, age 38 of Columbia, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
- Jeffrey Wright, age 51 of Campbellsville, charged with bail jumping first degree.
- Logan A. Sprague, age 33 of Russell Springs, charged with nine counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and being a persistent felony offender.
- Patrick M. Sisco, age 37 of Yosemite, charged with six counts of trafficking in a controlled substance first degree, trafficking in marijuana, and being a persistent felony offender.
- Laura B. Dunham, age 38 of Yosemite, charged with trafficking in heroin.
- Thomas Blackburn, age 39 of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
- Madonna Hall, age 34 of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and wanton endangerment first degree.
- Jacob Glover, age 31 of Jamestown, charged with two counts of strangulation first degree, assault fourth degree, assault third degree against a police officer, menacing, alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and terroristic threatening third degree.
