An Adair County man died Wednesday as a result of a logging accident off Tower Road on Highway 206 has taken the life on an Adair County man.
Tony Burton, age 53, was using a tractor to remove timber when the tractor reportedly overturned, pinning him underneath.
The investigation was turned over to Kentucky State Police due to Sheriff Josh Brockman being a relative of the deceased.
