The state COVID map released on Friday has more yellow counties in it, but Russell County and the other counties in the Lake Cumberland District remain in the green.
In total, 12 counties are in the yellow with the remainder in green.
This model uses hospital capacity and number of new patients with Covid-19 admitted to the hospital in the last week as a basis to determine the level of Covid-19 infection in the community.
