An Adair County grand jury handed down indictments yesterday, and Russell County residents were among those indicted.
Those indicted include:
- Clifton Mark Collins, of Main Street in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine second or more offense, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failure to produce an insurance card, no registration receipt, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure to notify address change, obstructed vision and/or windshield, rear license not illuminated, and being a persistent felony offender.
- Wayne E. Murrell, of Fortenberry Road in Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, speeding 22 mph over the limit, and other traffic charges.
- Jessica N. Helm, aka Jessica Helton, of Melson Ridge Road in Jamestown, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and multiple traffic charges.
- Verlin Daniel, of Freeman Cooper Road in Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine second or more offense, possession of marijuana, and being a persistent felony offender.
- Nicolette A. Hare, of Donna Road in Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, promoting contraband first degree, public intoxication.
