A Russell Springs woman was arrested early Monday morning by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
Kassie A. Burton, age 33, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to maintain required insurance, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, no license in possession, and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.
Burton was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail at around 4:40 a.m. Monday.
