A Columbia man was arrested by Jamestown Police Friday night on drug charges.
Joseph D. Hammond, age 35, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine second offense, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain insurance, and multiple failure to appear charges.
Hammond was arrested by Officer Elliot Smith and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 10 p.m. Friday.
