A Russell Springs man was arrested over the weekend by Kentucky State Police.
Timothy Hughes, age 23, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence third offense, reckless driving, and speeding 26 mph or more over the limit.
Hughes was arrested by Trooper Jones with KSP Post 15 and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
