A Russell Springs man was arrested in Adair County Tuesday night.
According to jail records, Clifton Mark Collins, age 48, was arrested and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, obstructed vision and/or windshield, and other traffic charges.
Collins was arrested by Trooper Lucas Justice with Kentucky State Police Post 15 and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail after 10 p.m. Tuesday.
