A Jamestown man was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on an assault charge Monday morning.
Stephen Arnold, age 56, was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree – domestic violence.
Arnold was arrested by Deputy Phipps with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 9:30 a.m. Monday.
