The Russell County Fiscal Court set the county’s trick-or-treat hours for 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30.
The hours coincide with Halloween festivities in both the City of Jamestown and the City of Russell Springs.
This year, Halloween falls on a Sunday, so trick-or-treating will be observed in the community on Saturday instead.
