A Russell Springs woman was arrested Friday morning.
According to jail records, Felicia D. Mann, age 34, was arrested and charged with trafficking in more than two grams of methamphetamine, receiving a stolen firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear.
Mann was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 10:29 a.m.
