Two Russell Springs residents were arrested late Tuesday night.
Officer Debra Necessary with the Russell Springs Police Department arrested 33-year-old Lacey Ann Cape and 31-year-old Anthony Dean Cook Tuesday night. Cape was charged with possession of heroin and methamphetamine, as well as failure to appear. Cook was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center after 11 p.m. Tuesday.
