Russell Springs woman arrested by Fish and Wildlife

A Russell Springs woman was arrested by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Thursday evening.

Kandy A. Popplewell, age 43, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

She was arrested by Officer Wayne Wilson and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 8 p.m. Thursday.
