A Russell Springs man was arrested by Russell Springs Police Wednesday morning.
Terry Popplewell, age 42, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance – second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear.
Popplewell was arrested by Officer Debra Necessary and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 7:30 a.m.
