A Russell Springs man was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office Friday afternoon.
Deputy John Wine arrested 36-year-old Kyle Friedel on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and being a fugitive.
Friedel was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 4:30 p.m. Friday.
