Russell County 12U softball team to play for state title on Friday

The Russell County 12U All Star softball team will play for a state championship Friday night.

The team knocked off Hazard-Perry in extra innings Wednesday night by a score of 2-1 in the semifinals.

The team will play at 5 p.m. Friday in the championship game.
