The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Arkansas man on drug charges Wednesday evening.
Joshua Schmelzer, age 34 of Fouke, Arkansas, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
Schmelzer was arrested by Deputy Corey Meyer and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 6 p.m. Wednesday.
