Two people were arrested by Russell Springs Police Tuesday night.
David A. Wisdom, 33, was arrested and charged with driving on a DUI-suspended license second offense, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and failure to surrender a revoked operators license.
Elisabeth M. Bandy, 28, was arrested and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center before 9 p.m. Tuesday. Officer Debra Necessary was the arresting officer.
