The Russell County Fiscal Court will hold a special-called meeting Friday at 9 a.m. at the Russell County Courthouse.
The court is set to accept bids on e-cigarettes for the Russell County Detention Center, along with a security system update at the detention center and a food service bid.
The court will also hear a resolution for the Cabin Fork Creek Bridge Project.
