Russell Springs Elementary has received a grant that will provide funds to purchase new books for the school’s library.
Library Media Specialist Lindsay Williams said the grant amounted to $10,000 and will be used to purchase books for students.
The grant comes through the Snapdragon Book Foundation, which aims to provide books to school libraries for disadvantaged children.
