A Russell Springs man was arrested Wednesday morning on drug charges.
37-year-old Thomas Blackburn Jr. was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance.
Blackburn was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
