The Russell County Middle School Laker Baseball team remained unbeaten with a 10-8 win over Campbellsville on Monday.
Parker Riggins drove in four runs. Mason Jasper drove in two runs. Jake Campbell, Owen Loy, Walker Stephens, and Ayden McGowan drove in one run each. McGowan also hit a solo homerun. Jack Shearer recorded two doubles on the night.
Owen Loy picked up the win on the mound for the Lakers, pitching 2 2/3 innings and striking out five batters while giving up three hits and no runs.
With the win, the middle school Lakers are now 10-0 on the season.
