Two people were arrested Tuesday evening.
Ormit Kelsey, age 38, of Russell Springs, was arrested and charged with strangulation first degree, unlawful imprisonment second degree, assault fourth degree dating violence, and resisting arrest.
Kelsey was arrested by Deputy Corey Meyer of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
Jared Lloyd, age 43, of Russell Springs, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fleeing or evading police on foot.
Lloyd was arrested by Officer Lucas Justice of the Russell Springs Police Department. He was also lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
