Local law enforcement made a couple arrests on Tuesday.
Justin Woodall, age 36, of Jamestown, was arrested by Jamestown Police and charged with criminal trespassing first degree. Police Chief Jeff Kerns was the arresting officer.
Forest Tarter, age 64, of Russell Springs, was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with two charges of theft by deception – cold checks under $500. Trooper Zach Scott was the arresting officer.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
