The Russell County Lakers JV Baseball team shut out Casey County on Monday by a score of 7-0 behind a perfect game from pitcher Lincoln Helm.
Helm struck out five batters, forced two groundouts and two flyouts over three innings to lead the Lakers to victory.
Camden Carpenter and Alex Reynolds each drove in two runs, while Helm and Bryce Cowell drove in one run each.
