The Lake Cumberland District Health Department will soon begin the search for a new executive director.
Current director Shawn Crabtree, who has served in the position since 2001, will soon be retiring, according to an announcement from the health department.
The health department will be holding a special-called meeting on April 12 to begin the process. The meeting will be held virtually via the department’s YouTube channel.
The Lake Cumberland District Health Department covers 10 counties, including Russell County.
