A Columbia man was arrested on Sunday on weapon and drug charges.
Russell Springs Police arrested 23-year-old Jeremy Boutwell on Sunday and charged him with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
Boutwell was arrested by officer Lucas Justice and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
