A Russell Springs man was taken into custody Thursday morning on sexual abuse charges.
51-year-old Michael J. Daniel, of Russell Springs, was arrested and charged with sodomy first degree and sexual abuse first degree with the victim being under 12 years of age.
Daniel was arrested by Deputy Nathan Ginn of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
