Two arrests were reported by local law enforcement on Wednesday.
Joshua Philpott, 28, of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, no registration plates, and operating on a suspended/revoked license.
Philpott was arrested by Deputy Perkins of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
32-year-old Nicholas Kouba was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday on charges of unlawful imprisonment, assault fourth degree, and a warrant from another agency.
Kouba was arrested by Deputy Golden of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
