A Russell Springs man was arrested Monday on charges of leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid, and driving while under the influence. Deputy Nathan Ginn arrested 36 year old Ronald McQueary around 1:30 Monday afternoon on those charges. McQueary was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
