Jamestown Man Faces Several Charges After Domestic Incident

A Jamestown man has been arrested on strangulation and other charges stemming from an alleged domestic violence situation.

According to reports, 36 year old Steven Harmon of Jamestown was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Nathan Bradshaw around 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon after officers responded to a report of domestic abuse. Upon investigation, Deputy Bradshaw charged Harmon with Strangulation, first degree; one count of Wanton Endangerment, first degree; and two counts of fourth degree Domestic Violence.

Harmon was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 4:40 Sunday afternoon.
