Dee Appleby, age 68, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, June 5th, 2020 at T.J. Sampson Hospital in Glasgow.
He is survived by:
Three Daughters
- Cindy Walker
- Melodie Brown
- Melissa Crawford
Four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
A walk through visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown. There will be no other services.
