Two RC Residents Arrested in Adair County Saturday in Separate Incidents

According to jail records, 36-year-old Byron Marcum of Russell Springs was arrested by Officer Durbin of the Adair County Sheriff’s Office and charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 and a charge of receiving stolen property under $500. Marcum was arrested just before 2:00 am Saturday morning.

Nichole Meyers, 48, of Jamestown was also arrested by Officer Durbin with the Adair County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense, meth and possession of marijuana a little after 11:00 pm Saturday evening.

Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
