Sam Back, age 87, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, March 13^th, 2020 in Jamestown.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Sam Back will be held Wednesday, March 18^th at 1:00 pm at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel with burial in the Ragen Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 pm Tuesday at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown.
