RC Man Arrested after Hit and Run

According to Sheriff Derek Polston, the vehicle involved in the hit and run was found on Highway 92 in the Esto Community near Adair County.

As a result, 22-year-old Kolby Conner, of Russell Springs, was arrested by Deputy Nathan Ginn with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Methamphetamine), Leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid, Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Conner was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center before 9:00 Thursday morning.
