Money…. that will be the main topic of tonight’s monthly meeting of the Russell County Fiscal Court.
The Court will consider the transfer of $19,000 from the general fund to the grant fund to assist the Sheriff’s office for Watercraft grant; will hear a request for assistance regarding the Kevin Williams for Kids concert and fundraiser; and will hear a presentation from the Russell County Jaycees. Also, a representative of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is expected to address the court.
All of this, plus regular, routine monthly items are on the agenda for the meeting which starts at 6 o’clock this evening. WJRS Local News will have details tomorrow morning on our local newscasts
