Mobile Home Caught Fire in Jamestown Tuesday

The Jamestown Fire Department responded to 191 Valley Drive around 11:30 yesterday morning. When firefighters arrived on scene they found a mobile home with heavy fire. No one was at home at the time of the fire.

Unfortunately, two dogs were killed in the blaze. Firefighters were on scene for around two hours.

The Jamestown Fire Department was assisted by the Jamestown Police Department, Russell County Sheriff’s Office, Russell Springs Fire Department and Russell County EMS.
