The Judge Executive and other county office have made changes as well including most office closing to the general public or by appointment only. Hospice is the exception at this time.
All drivers license testing and issuance have been suspended.
The Russell County Public Library closed yesterday and will be closed until further notice. However, beginning today the library will be offering curbside service for those who would like to reserve specific titles online or by phone.
